SF4SF- Integration of emerging technologies for the detection, elimination and management of food risks in plant.
The main goal of the SF4SF project is to increase food processing plants´ productive efficiency and product´s food security that are manufactured by emerging technologies. Those are faster, more sensitive, efficient, and sustainable for the detection and elimination of the microbiological hazards and allergens management.
The approved project on 20/Nov./2016 is led by CLAVO FOOD FACTORY. The project is a part of the consortium of companies such as ASM Soft, Kemegal and Nonoinmunotech. Also it takes part in the organizations of ANFACO Research, University of Vigo and the Iberian International Nanotechnology Laboratory.
